(Like when you change a fork seal) FYI the manual also lists 300mls (outer cartridge) for the Japanese spec FXs and that’s what I use too. Just a touch softer. Theair gap has not really changed much. The gap was measured at approx 125mm, looks like the spring stays above the oil so no displacement.
